We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the actual sale between buyers and sellers.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

Account Types

You may register as:

• Buyer: Can create auctions and purchase products
• Seller: Can bid on auctions and sell products
• Both: Can perform both buying and selling activities

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Creating Auctions

Buyers may create auctions by:

• Selecting a product category and providing details
• Set auction duration
• Providing accurate shipping and contact information
• Complying with our auction guidelines

Bidding Process

Sellers may participate by:

• Submitting competitive bids within the auction timeframe
• Providing accurate product information and pricing
• Maintaining inventory availability for winning bids
• Following our seller guidelines and policies

Auction Completion

Buyers select winning bids based on price, seller rating, and other factors. Once selected, both parties must complete the transaction according to our guidelines.

Payment Processing

We facilitate secure payment processing through third-party providers. Payment terms include:

• Buyers pay after selecting a winning bid
• Sellers receive payment after successful delivery
• We hold funds in escrow during transaction processing
• Refunds processed according to our refund policy

Platform Fees

Our fee structure:

• Buyers: No Fees for creating auctions or making purchases. All inclusive price, delivery, payment processing an platform commission
• Sellers: No Fees, no commission, no logistics costs

Currency and Taxes

All transactions are processed in Singapore Dollars ($) SGD. Buyers and are responsible for applicate taxes and duties.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Manipulate auction processes or bid unfairly
• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Circumvent platform security measures
• Sell prohibited or restricted items

Content Standards

All content posted must be:

• Accurate and truthful
• Appropriate and respectful
• Compliant with applicable laws
• Free from copyright infringement

Transaction Disputes

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers:

• Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes directly
• Our support team can mediate disputes when necessary
• We may withhold funds pending dispute resolution

Escalation Process

Tender.sale provides a platform for transactions but is not responsible for:

• Product quality, condition, or delivery
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Third-party service provider issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us for the specific transaction in question.

Platform Ownership

Tender.sale and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform

User Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to:
