Payment is processed after you select a winning bid and confirm your order. For cash on delivery, you pay when the item is delivered to you. All online payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Shipping costs vary based on the item size, weight, and delivery location. Many sellers offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. You'll see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our website using the tracking number, or visit the courier's website directly.

To return an item:

2. Find the order and click "Return Item"
